Self-care doesn’t need to be costly, and you don’t need to go on buying all those expensive spa packages to feel rejuvenated. It goes beyond these materialistic (and pricey) things. Take time to focus on your inner well-being.

Walking helps you stay slim and relieve stress. Walking has a ton of benefits, including physical and mental fitness. Take slow walks around your neighborhood or local park; it will help you feel better instantly. And don’t forget to breathe in that fresh air.
Take a break from your busy routines, stop eating so fast, and relish every bite of the food served on the plate. Mindfulness means being present in the moment.
Greenery is a mood booster. Whenever I feel low, I walk into my backyard (with a book), lie down on the grass, and enjoy reading while breathing into the scents of nature. If you don’t have much time, walk outside barefoot and take ten deep breaths.
