As a first step, you should find out ways to save money. For example, if you go to the grocery store hungry and unprepared, it’s easy for your groceries to spiral out of control. Instead, map out a shopping list and stick to it.
I’m not going to lie to you here. It’s a time commitment. Especially when you’re just getting started. The time that you put in at the start will never have to be done again.
