Hello there.  My name is Sara and I am the creative cheapskate behind Frozen Pennies.  I am a wife, mama, frugal financier, and coffee lover.  I am a huge fan of books, black yoga pants, and organization.  My husband says I am “tighter than bark to a tree”.

I am also here for YOU and YOUR money.  I am frugal at heart and can stretch a dollar, pinch a penny, and make a budget squeak it’s so tight.

I want to show you how to be intentional with your money to fulfill your life’s dreams through saving, getting out of debt, and building your own legacy.

I have the passion and knowledge to show you the way, one penny at a time.  In a world where most are trying to keep up with their neighbors, we are going to do it our own way.  Not like anyone else.  Because most of ‘everyone else’ is broke.

I started this blog to not only document my year inside a spending freeze but also to help you be better with your money.  I am sharing all things related to finances from organization to groceries to shopping.  I choose to be intentional with our family’s money in a way that will fulfill our goals in life, creating our legacy.  And I want to show you how to do the same!

I thank you for visiting and welcome you to join me in this age of frugality where we are making it all the rage to be debt free.  I hope I can assist you in being more intentional with your money and to encourage you to fulfill your goals and having a blast along the way!

Please subscribe to the blog so you will receive announcements and posts first as well as upcoming publishings and concepts for Frozen Pennies via email.
